This policy explains what personal information Brute International collects through bruteinternational.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We keep it short and only collect what we need to answer enquiries and fulfil orders.

Who we are

Brute International is a manufacturer and exporter of farrier tools based at Circular Road, Daska, Sialkot, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at info@bruteinternational.com or on WhatsApp at +92 300 6455406.

What we collect and why

  • Quote requests: your name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the products and quantities you ask about. We use these to prepare and send your quote and to follow up on it.
  • Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and order details. We use these to process payment, ship your order, provide customs documents and handle returns or warranty questions.
  • Customer accounts: if you create an account, we store your login details, addresses and order history so you can track orders and reorder.
  • Contact form and email: your name, email address and message, so we can reply to you.
  • WhatsApp: if you click our WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in WhatsApp, which is run by Meta. We see your WhatsApp number and the messages you send us.
  • Website technical data: like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes above. We only send marketing emails, such as our catalogue or new product updates, if you have asked for them, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Payments

Wholesale orders are usually paid by international bank transfer. If you pay online by card, your card details are handled directly by the payment provider and are never stored on our website.

Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies make the shopping cart, checkout, quote list and customer login work, and remember your cookie choice. We show a cookie notice on your first visit. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, such as the cart, may then stop working.

We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.

Services we use

To run this website we rely on a few service providers, who only process your information on our behalf:

  • our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its data
  • WordPress and WooCommerce, the software that runs the website and shop
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts used on the site (your browser connects to Google to load them)
  • WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there
  • shipping carriers and customs agents, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order

Because we are based in Pakistan and serve customers worldwide, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure wherever it is processed.

How long we keep your information

We keep quote requests and messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting order. We keep order and invoice records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including the UK, the European Union and some US states, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct or delete it
  • object to or restrict how we use it
  • withdraw consent to marketing at any time

To make a request, email info@bruteinternational.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to handle your enquiry or order. No website can be completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
