Manufacturing & Quality

Every Brute tool is made in our own workshop in Sialkot, and inspected before it ships.

1. Forging

Our tools are hot-forged from carbon steel. Forging aligns the grain of the steel, giving jaws and blades strength where they need it.

2. Heat treatment

Tools are hardened and tempered for edge retention and tight, long-lasting joints.

3. Grinding and finishing

Cutting edges and jaws are ground true by hand, then finished polished, satin or rainbow titanium as each model requires.

4. Inspection

Every tool is checked for sharpness, jaw alignment, joint action and finish before packing. Tools that do not pass are reworked or scrapped.

Farrier leather aprons

Alongside our forged tools, we supply farrier leather aprons made to protect a farrier’s legs through a full day of trimming, shoeing and forge work. Ask us for leather type, sizes and colours, or request a sample before you place a wholesale order.

Packing and export

Tools and aprons are packed individually or in bulk cartons, with your own branding on request, and shipped by air or sea with export documents handled.
